[TYPO3-core] FYI: added feature #6721: add the workspace selector to the cleaner backend toolbar

Hi,

just to let you know:

The cleaner backend has now gained back the workspace selector from the 
shortcut frame, it's now located in the upper toolbar.

The attached patch has been committed.
