[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #6442: Hook in browse_links request (for linking to records)

Oh its late i forgot to discuss:

Initial a patch to t3lib_parsehtml_proc in function TS_links_rte
was part of this RFC.

Reason: The RTE renders this ugly yellow box because he "thinks" a link 
using the linkhandler like "record:**" is a broken link.

Here is the (not so nice) patch - what do you think?
