[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #5536: Some Hooks for tslib_content

Hi Stefan,

please have a look at the attached patch, this one uses interfaces 
instead of using method_exists().

please pay attention to the fact that I renamed hook names and method 
names to be more streamlined.

I'd also like to ask you to provide proper comments for the interfaces
