[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #6670: Enable Tabs in Page Properties

Hi there,

I committed the attached follow-up patch, which changes the order of the
fields in the general tab to be as follows:
  - page type
  - hide page
  - hide in menu
  ----
  - title
  - subtitle
  - etc.
