[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #6637: HMENU special=rootline - menu to (instead from) the rootline

Problem:
It would sometimes be quite practical to have a HMENU special=rootline _to_
(instead of from) the rootline at hands.

Solution:
Suggesting a TYPOSCRIPT parameter for HMENU special=rootline property which if
set would trigger outputting such a rootline menu by simply reverting the order
of items of such a HMENU.
special.reverseOrder = [boolean] (Default false)
