[TYPO3-core] FYI: Updated JavaScript frameworks in typo3/contrib: prototype (1.6.0) and script.aculo.us (1.8.0)

Hi,

the JavaScript frameworks in typo3/contrib were updated to the latest
releases. Thus, we now have prototype 1.6.0 and script.aculo.us 1.8.0.

The changes (see attached patch file) were committed to Trunk only.
