[TYPO3-core] FYI: Feature 6579 continued: Use prototype.js to create a htmlArea plugin class

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Problem:
Extending htmlArea RTE with a new plugin lacks a clean Javascript API.

Solution:
Use the Prototype framework to define a (abstract) plugin class. New 
plugins will be subclasses of the plugin class.

Comments:
Usage still needs to be documented.
