[TYPO3-core] Rename TSconfig Options dontSeparateNotinmenuPages and dontAlphasortNotinmenuPages

Problem:
options.pageTree.dontSeparateNotinmenuPages breaks backwards compliancy,
should be renamed to separateNotinmenuPages and should default to 0.
options.pageTree.dontAlphasortNotinmenuPages do not work with unicode in
php5 pages and should be renamed to
options.pageTree.alphasortNotinmenuPages and disabled (unset) as default.

Solution:
Rename and disable features, both can be enabled on demand.
