dunno for sure, but I think there was a reason I had this definition in 
the stylesheet.css. Please make sure the output is still correct when 
you set options.pageTree.dontSeparateNotinmenuPages = 1 (btw. I still 
think this option should be called options.pageTree.seperateNotinmenuPages)
