[TYPO3-core] FYI: Added feature 6619: Let htmlArea RTE use t3lib_div::minifyJavaScript()

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Type: Feature

Problem:
Statically compressing the RTE's Javascript files is cumbersome and 
potentially error-prone.

Solution:
Use t3lib_div::minifyJavaScript() to dynamically compress the files. All 
compressed files of the extension will be removed from SVN.
