[TYPO3-core] RFC: Make image hash names longer to avoid collisions

Hi.

Given the comments I retreat this particular patch. I meanwhile found  
more places where images are created with shortened hashes, plus I  
second the idea of moving away from shortened hashes completely.

I'll work on a patch for this.
