[TYPO3-core] TCAmain and $LANG

Yesterday I though that it would be nice if I could make a bug report 
with number 5555. And it is happened! Here it is, named "TCEmain labels 
are hard-coded in English":

So, I created a report and set myself to monitor it. I hope I can get it 
processed soon.
