[TYPO3-core] FYI: fixed bug 2516

Hi guys,

The ChangeSet
http://svn.t3.digitaldistrict.de/cgi-bin/trac.cgi/changeset/12421
contained a line garbling the string "Kasper Skårhøj" due to a wrong
charset.

Remember that all TYPO3 code is in ISO-8859-1 and *not* UTF-8.
