[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed bug #2515

Hi!

It was not possible to make a password field required in 
jsfunc.validateform.js. The simple fix by Jörg Wagner allows this.

To me this is a no brainer so I have commited this to trunk and 
TYPO3_4-1 (to me this is a bug, not a missing feature).
