[TYPO3-core] Please test: 4.0.6 and 4.1.1

Hi folks,

please test these two versions and let me know if something is wrong inside.

Changes compared to SVN:

- I've changed the version number of rtehtmlarea for 4.1.1 from 1.5.2dev to
  1.5.2. Still not sure if this is correct, though...(?)
