It is ridiculous to have these different versions in TER for diffrent
TYPO3-versions and even other versions in the TYPO3-Packages. :-<

We should think about releasing sysext *only* with TYPO3-Packages but
not in TER at all. If rtehtmlarea needs frequent fixes it should
generally be dropped as sysext.

For now my opinion would be to keep it as sysext and release it *only*
with the appropriate TYPO3-Packages.
