Interestingly I just went to update wizard because that yellow box about
4.0 compatibility really annoys me. It proposed me to things:
- change compatibility version
- show database queries

I clicked button to go to next step. Wizard said that version is updated
but did not show any database queries. I was surprised. Nothing was
changed, only compatibility version was updated. If nothing really was
changed (version number update is not real change!), why do I have to go
to that update wizard? I just spend time doing useless thing that could
be done automatically in some way because updating only compatibility
version does not require my intervention.

By the way, update wizard did not update database structure and did not
show any sql despite its own proposal.
