[TYPO3-core] RFC 5588: Typolink cannot be created if FE user is logged in with access restrictions

I know that part already, that's how I came to it :-)

I have no need for this feature currently, just wanted to notify you since you 
seem to use it in one of your extensions. So do whatever you prefer...
