[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request 3894: open module on startup

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
It would be nice, if there would be an option to open a specific installed module on BE login.

Solution:
Remove the old checkbox "Start up in the module 'Task Center'" on the user-setup page and add a 
select box where all installed and available modules are shown.
Default module will be "about_modules" as it is now.
