I do not really think so... Old key was wrong and I doubt anyone 
subclassed that class. It only initializes TCEForms for workspaces.

But next time I will add corresponding message, thanks for this note!

This fix includes one image, which should be loaded fast. .htaccess 
contains code to explicitly enable browser-side caching for that image. 
Similar code already exists in several typo3 directories, it was 
approved already, I just copied it.
