[TYPO3-core] RFC: #4031 TYPO3 AJAX Pagetree

Hi Benjamin and Franz,

I just reviewed it and committed it to trunk so it can go into Beta 3.

Here are some things, which should be improved for the final release:
  - Special chars and umlauts don't work when charset is set to utf-8
  - Set wait cursor until tree is expanded (if it's not too much hassle)
  - The left top-to-bottom line (see screenshot) is missing in the page
    tree, but it's there in the file tree.

Apart from that it's really working nicely, thanks a lot!
