I'd like to add the fix for the RTE wizard (rtehtmlarea) for IE7.

The wizard sets height:100% to the textarea, but to make this work IE7 
needs a hml{height:100%} declaration.

This can be set either in the wizard or in the global stylesheet. But I 
have no time now for a real diff now (the fix is easy enough) or time to 
commit it tomorrow morning (though I'll be online after 14:00).

PS: Of course this should be fixed in 4.0.5 as well!
