[TYPO3-core] UTF-8 in file names

I am once again back on this topic and discovered an itch. I don't  
know it it's the one you meant above, this happens on 4.0.4 with  
masi_utf8fs 0.1.0.

If you have a folder in fileadmin with non-ascii chars (latvian  
characters in my case; spaces are ok, they are allowed in my slightly  
modified version of the ext), and you try to upload more than one  
file, then immediately after changing the number of files to upload  
(i.e. when the onchange attribute submits the form) I get this error:
  ----
      Parameter Error
Target was not a directory!
  ----
