[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 5072: Web>Info>Log - ID of BE user is displayed instead of its username

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
On Web>Info>Log the uid of the back-end user is displayed (e.g.
"1 at LIVE") instead of the username (e.g. "admin at LIVE").

Solution:
Show the username by using t3lib_BEfunc::getUserNames().
