[TYPO3-core] Getting an overview

Hi guys,

as the RC2 was a bit delayed by the security issue, the release date of
the final has been postponed to:
	Monday, 5th March (or maybe morning of 6th).

Thus, I would like to close trunk on:
	Saturday, 3rd March
so from then on only release-critical commits can be made and no more
normal bugfixes.

Stucki is on holiday until 3rd March, so don't expect anything from him
until then. :-)
