[TYPO3-core] Sysext "topapps"

Hi guys,

as you know, Kasper worked on that alt_main_new.php script a while ago,
which is planned to be finished some time after 4.1.

That script is currently disabled by a die() call, however, the
accompanying sysext "topapps" is still included in trunk, even though
you can't really make use of it.

I wonder if we should remove that sysext from 4.1 until alt_main_new.php
is finished, so people don't get confused by it.

The disadvantage would be that those who want to use alt_main_new.php
already, couldn't just comment-out the die() call anymore in order to
use it but would need to manually get the "topapps" ext from somewhere.

Any comments? +1s or -1s?
