[TYPO3-core] RFC: de-highlighting page in page tree in non-life workspaces

Hi Ernesto,

I have exactly the same diff on my disk and was just waiting for some
hints from Jens Hoffmann for the necessary CSS changes :-)

+1 because I came to the same conclusion. You may as well use the
prototype version suggested by Olly, but I'm not familiar with that
library, too.
