[TYPO3-core] RFC: List all fe_groups in page icon tooltip

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
If your page is only visible to more than one frontend usergroups, TYPO3 will 
only display the first one of them.

Solution:
Loop over all fe_groups IDs. See attached screenshots to compare.
