[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #3666: permissions of versioned pages are not changed in draft workspace

You are right, and I finally found the reason why: In the bugtracker,
Andreas Wolf (the author of the patch) wrote a short comment about a single
line which was missing in the patch. After adding it, everything works fine
now. Please try it out!
