Hi!

Branch: trunk

Problem: see tceforms.jpg ("[LangCode: 0?]" thing). It means that flag
is not found for the given language code but in my opinion form shows it
in a cryptic, non-user friendly way. I expect that it will be very hard
to explain to users what it means.

Fix: we have a flag for such case, so use it (see tceforms2.jpg)! See patch.
