[TYPO3-core] RFC: Skin changes

This is a SVN patch request.

Description:
  These are the changes Thomas Murphy has done in Version 0.0.2 in TER.
   - folder icon got more contrast
   - navtree: darker color hover & active state
   - font-weight: bold; for active state
