Hi,

this is a SVN patch request.

Branches: trunk, TYPO3_4-0

Problem: The install tool uses the PHP comments from file config_default.php
as annotations for the various options in "all configuration". But these
comments contain "<>" as markup for variables. If these are not
htmlspecialchar'ed they're intepreted as HTML markup by the browser and not
shown.

Bug refs: Found none in the bugtracker

Solution: See attached diff.

Note: Take a look at SYS.forceReturnPath and SYS.systemLog
