I don't use Eclipse with Subversion, but at least in CVS mode, when
creating a patch, it gives me the choices:

"Patch Root" =
 - Workspace
 - Project
 - Selection

When choosing "Project" the paths are relative. Isn't there a similar
option in the Subversion plugin?
