[TYPO3-core] Getting an overview

Hi guys,

I just had a look at the bugtracker to see if there are any bugs
specific to 4.1 we need to fix until final.

I have listed them in a section called "Important bugs (specific to
4.1)" on the wiki page:

   * SQL error with DBAL/PostgreSQL: List or look up reviewed extensions

   * "Import Extensions" shows all imported extensions also as "only
     found on this server" http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=4822

   * Request parameters could not be validated
     http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=4940

   * Redundant comma in label_alt_force
     http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=4943

Those bugs which apparently have been introduced with 4.1 are the only
ones which we have to fix before final. All older bugs can be fixed, but
wouldn't be a showstopper for the final release.

Additionally there's one (not too dramatic) security issue Thorsten and
Andreas are currently preparing a fix for, which they said will be ready
by the end of this week.

So what I propose is that we:
 - have an RC2 mid next week (mainly featuring the security patch)
 - release 4.1 final Monday, 26th February

Is that fine with you?
