[TYPO3-core] FYI: Committed modified version of advanced.htaccess

I have adopted this template for .htaccess to prevent rewriting of
favicon.ico into index.php.

This change seems so simple, but it might boost your performance if you have
many visitors using Safari or or browsers who behave similar.
