That's correct. I think the interesting case is if an admin installed an
extension containing a module, he'd like to use it. Which means that he
should be notified to reload the backend view. If he removes a module he
probably knows that he can't use the module anymore. But you're right,
to be consequent, there should also be a notification on removal as
well. I can integrate this.
