[TYPO3-core] RFC: Change field type of various mounts

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Users can extend the number of file- or database mounts by overriding the TCA 
configuration. However, they are still limited by the default length of the 
database fields which is varchar(40) for all of them.

Solution:
Change these fields into tinytext type.

Comments:
This is already the case for the same fields in sys_workspace, so it can't be 
really wrong...
