[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug 4817: Clickmenu shows up at the wong place

Type: Bugfix

Problem:
When you click on a page at the bottom of the pagetree and the frame is
scrolled, the clickmenu appears at the wrong place.

This bug was introduced by Kasper when he fixed a Safari issue with the
pagetree on 14 December 2006 in trunk:

Solution:
Remove the condition "if (this.safari)" as all browser still need those
lines of code.
