[TYPO3-core] RFC: Turn off maxAge setting in indexed_search

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
There is a setting in the indexed search configuration to specify after how 
many hours a page will be reindexed again. However, the indexed should be 
consistent automatically because after each change, the page will be 
reindexed anyway...

Solution:
I would like to change the value from 168 h (one week) to 0. Additionally, we 
should mark the property as deprecated.
