[TYPO3-core] RFC: Fix Bug #4526: Fix classess for td in table CE

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
For those who uses td-<number> to colorize odd/even table rows, class 
definition "td-last" has no use.

Solution:
Included patch allows both "td-last" and "td-x" classes to be used for last 
table cell.
