[TYPO3-core] FYI: Feature/bugfix: Fixing icons for Opera and adding new icons in default skin of htmlArea RTE and in t3skin/rtehtmlarea

FYI: The attached SVN patch was committed.

Type:

Problem:
Icons in Opera loose their transparency when opacity is applied through 
css if they contain but one black pixel.

Solution:
Remove any black (#000000) pixel from all icons.

Comments:
Many thanks to Ursula Renziehausen from University of Erfurt for 
discovering the pattern and fixing the icons.

This patch also adds numerous icons that will be required by upcoming 
features of htmlArea RTE, all produced by Ursula, who has also improved 
a few other icons.

The patch was applied to the default skin of rtehtmlarea and to the 
rtehtmlarea component of t3skin.
