[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed hanging recordset in t3lib_TCEmain

FYI: The following modification was committed to SVN Trunk (rev. 2856).

Problem:
There is a hanging recordset in t3lib_TCEmain::getSortNumber

Solution:
Use $GLOBALS['TYPO3_DB']->sql_free_result(...).

Comments:
Additionally I changed some formatting stuff, but not functional changes
were made. See the attached patch.
