[TYPO3-core] Reminder RFC: Feature #4655: FeUsers in table sys_lockedrecords

Hi Stefan,

thanks for your reminder, I still had the existance of your patch in the
back of my head but didn't get around to properly reviewing it again.

Anyway, reminders should be sent as replies to the original mail, so
this thread is invalid and all further discussion should happen in the
original thread.

Hoping to get around to doing a proper review sooner rather than later!
