I have deduced that it was 4.0.8 because of a related Changelog entry
between 4.0.7 and 4.0.8. And yes, 4.0.9 might come someday, this fix
will be included. I suspect that we will have no other 4.0.x, as 4.2
will be out "sooner" than that. (gap between 4.0.7 and 4.0.8 was 5 months).
