+1 on reading but two suggestions

Perhaps the size in TYPO3_CONF_VAR can be in kb rather than byte.

Maybe maxAttachmentSizeFormmail instead formmailMaxAttachmentSize to be in 
line with the previous two "formmail" config vars.
