This is an SVN patch further development.

Problem:
Some unclear meanings and improvments from the HCI-list


Solution:
Note: if a palette has a title it is always shown!

Changes in comparison to the trunk:
Tab General:
- page-type palette:
    - includeSubpages is moved the palette of page-type.
    - no search
- new palette "Hide Options": hidden, starttime, endtime
- Section Navigation
    - hideinmenu
    - alias, target (before palette of title)
    - nav_title
- new palette "Cache": no_cache, cache expires, fe_login_mode
- 'language setting' (before Tab Options)

Tab Metadata:
- palette "Meta dates": 'Last updated' & 'New until' (before palette of
pages-type)

Tab Access
- Section FE-Access
    - fe_groups
- Section
    - editlock (before Tab Options)



Notes:
Must discuission were around the 'includeSubpages'. I think everybody
can live with place. So it's general option which affects some field.
Which fields are affected you can get via help.

Beaware that there is bug in trunk for showing palette icon:
"[TYPO3-core] RFC: Correction #6825: TCEforms -- Icon for empty palettes
should not be displayed"
So you can see all palette if you switch on the 'secondary palette'

Steffen already check it and was in common agreeing with it.
