And yet another patch that removes all cached whiles when extension is installed/updated or translation is got from server.

So we have three patches: Olly's, which works and two newer mine. Olly's got two +1s for now but there are still some problems in that area and I hope my patches fix them.

If we need quickly release new version, we can go with Olly's patch for now and dicsuss mine later.
