Thank you for your work and taking care of the releases!

There's just a tweak I've seen. In t3lib/config_default.php of each
branch the "$TYPO_VERSION" should be increased to e.g. "4.1.5-dev".

I fixed this and committed it to TYPO3_4-0 and TYPO3_4-1 (see diff).
