[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature #6846: Enable tabs in tt_content records

Hey,

Two more requests:
* Structure the "Access" Tab the same way (labels etc.) as in the pages TCA
* Make it possible to have a separate tab when choosing a plugin for 
"plugin configuration". You already stated that's it's quite difficult 
or not possible, but maybe we can introduce another change to make this 
happen as it'd be quite cool.

Then you have my +1 after reading and testing although one new label for 
a tab didn't show up correctly (maybe I gotta clear the cache again etc).

Although I understand Ingo's concerns (is this a veto btw?). I'm glad 
that we can introduce not only tabs to the pages TCA but manage to have 
a streamlined interface for all major TCA tables in the backend. Because 
then the core looks "out of one shape" although this change doesn't seem 
to have that big of an impact as the pages one.
