[TYPO3-core] Poll for 4.1.4

Hi folks,

additionally to 4.1.4 we will release a new patch level release of the
4.0 branch as well because of a minor (severity=low) security issue
which will be fixed right before the release and announced concurrently.

All branches are open until Sunday night. I'll package the releases on
Monday.
